The second book in the Legend Series, at this point in our story we follow our two hero's to the military city of Las Vegas, where they meet the leader of the Patriots, who is a republic officer at the same time, Agent DeSoto by Kaede. They here that the old leader of the republic has died and his son has immediately stepped in. The two split ways after agreeing on their plot to kill the new leader Anden. While on an airfield in Vegas, June is captured by Thomas who Metias loved, and to get into the city again, she had to say that she had important news for the Elector. After arriving in Denver, she tells the Elector of the real assassination plot. She meets him and slowly fall in live with him, what a scandal, also she realizes that he wants so make the Republic a lot better place then his father did, so June tries to call of the assassination.
